Bundle — Streaming Aggregator
Shipped product from concept to funded MVP in 12 weeks. Designed Wall, a central browsing experience aggregating multiple streaming services. Handled user onboarding including account connection with comprehensive error handling.
Referral Program Strategy
Owned Referral Program strategy from proposal to approval. Cut eligibility requirement from $2,500 to $1,000 processing volume based on merchant data, doubled eligible merchant base, increased participation, and cut CAC by 18%.
Identity Verification Redesign
Redesigned identity verification process after analyzing user behavior data. Found that completing a first transaction was the strongest signal of retention. Increased trial-to-paid conversion from 8% to 14% through data-informed UX improvements.
